So, you were impacted by the Leadership session you attended and it left you all charged up. You even made the effort of checking out this website looking for the presentation. This is the “little voice in your head” taking you through the comfort zone. The conversation goes something like this - “I made an effort. I asked for the presentation. The one he sent was not complete / I have read the ppt he sent… so now there my job is over. Let’s go back to my comfort zone. In any case I can’t do all of that stuff for very valid reason (s) number 1,2,3…..” Sounds familiar? Read on ....
The workshop you attended has the potential to be life changing. And it has changed many people’s lives in the past. But whether you view it in that manner or not, depends—well , largely on you!
Ok, so here is what we are going to do… These pages have some ideas that can work wonders in changing you at a fundamental level.
Making you a better human being, a better leader and a better personality. It will mean some change. A little hard work, but a whole lot of fun.
But understand this paradigm first. This transformation is not like surgery. I (or anyone else) cannot put you on an operating table, remove a tumor and get you on your way again. That’s not going to happen. This is like physiotherapy. I will help you, guide you, show you some part of the way, but you'll have to do the actual exercising.
