This inspiring and flagship session is designed to share a perspective on Leadership that is different from how it is seen from corporate board rooms and offices. The session is based on the combat leadership skills demonstrated by the leaders of the Indian Armed Forces as they lead troops into some of the most difficult military operations, under daunting circumstances. During the session, the participants are taken on a journey through the eyes of a combat leader. The experience is interactive and motivating, leaving participants with key answers to questions including the age-old statement. Why leadership is a trait that can be learnt and not born with!

The Art of Story Telling is an intense workshop designed to equip leaders with a skill powerful enough to captivate and move organisations & nations to achieve the impossible. Learn the foundational elements of developing engaging stories and the required communication techniques to deliver a thought or an idea when the situation demands.
The pedagogy of this workshop is such that the audience understands the concept, correlates it to their own lives and they are able to start implementing it back in the workforce immediately.
Deep work is the ability to focus intensely on a highly demanding cognitively task, so that the outcomes are at an elite level. The ability to do deep work enables a leader produce high-quality of work in a much shorter time in addition to giving a sense of achievement at having mastered a difficult skill. Deep work is also essential in a world where everything that can be converted into simple algorithms will eventually be automated. Deep work differentiates elite performers from the mediocre ones and will be a rare skill that will be in high demand in the rapidly changing world of the future. This workshop on deep work will teach a leader about the importance of deep work, the myth of multitasking, creating the right environment to enable deep work and most importantly provide a framework that will guide the leader through the process of becoming a deep worker.

This session walks the participants through the first principles of Leadership and explains a framework to enhance their aura as a leader.
