Leadership during a crisis is never easy, but it is an opportunity like no other. In the aftermath of COVID-19, organisations need to work remotely, and also lead 'from a distance'.
Fear is heightened during crises and while communications become critical during such times, it also requires specific nuances while leading remotely. There are some best practices evolved by organisations such as the Armed Forces who operate in crisis as a matter of routine with leaders often having to exercise command only through radio networks.
Register here for a session on 7 Rules Of Communication During Crisis based on those first principles of communicating remotely during a crisis, on 19th May, 2020 from 4.00 – 5.00 PM.
